SAP Consultant, Dublin, Permanent, €70-100K.
Excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP Consultant in Dublin.
This role entails working with the Dublin based team to resolve design specifications, liaising with the US team (some time aboard) and working unsupervised.
Candidates should have functional and technical experience in MM or SD or FICO or PP.
This is a permanent position expected to last 1½ years, there is scope to stay with our company should projects be delivered to a high standard.
Salaries are negotiable between €70,000 and €100,000.
The start date will be as soon as the team (of 5) is assembled. We have 3 so far.
The successful candidate will have a relevant visa to work in Ireland and have 5+ years experience.

One of our clients is having a sudden shortage of SAP Portal skills in a project about to start in Norway. SAP Portal skills combined with Norwegian language skills are the key, the rest is small-talk. Additional keywords: SRM, Swedish, Danish, Back-end, Security, Authorizations, User directory, roles, extranet, integration, Oil. Our Swedish top client (IT&T) is looking for a SAP CRM System Area Manager for a contract, with option to permanent recruitment in 6 months. The position is tplanned to be filled by mid-August, thus they are prepared to take on a consultant with the option of employment after 6 months, but also right-on permanent contract is possible. The role is very demanding and needs someone with strong drive, commitment, management skills, be able to perform in stressed situation with steering committee at top management level. Anyone for this? Perm SAP MM and PM Consultants for Finland – Rauma or Helsinki. Global consultancy, English speaking roles. Rauma lies in the west coast, closest airport Turku (approx.100 km?). Helsinki is the capital with good Intl connections.
Roles and Responsibilities
The job entails a complete understanding of the Sales/Materials/HR/Finance cycle in an organization. You will interact with the client and the key users, do the scoping studies, suggest solutions through SAP, train the key users, and configure SAP MM modules. In addition to this you will provide application support to end users for the existing installation. The key challenge is to resolve the problems in the shortest possible time. The role would also entail extensive documentation and macro analysis.
Skills and Experience
You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in implementing SAP SD/HR/MM/FICO module, documentation and imparting user training. Possess strong process/domain knowledge in SAP modules (MM). You should have had Functional experience for 2 to 5 yrs. Good communication skills and exposure to Consultancy. Exposure to new dimensional products like SAP CRM, SAP APO, SAP EB, SAP BW and internet technology will be an added advantage along with knowledge of ABAP. You should demonstrate the desire to grow intellectually. Excellent problem solving and team building skills. Exposure to software engineering methodologies. Ablity to plan the given task and report status periodically in a formal way. Have creativity, innovation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior client management exposure, preferably in difficult job situations. Ability to make presentations to a client or a prospect and give demonstrations. A self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems will ideally fit.
